Connect Daylog to Claude Desktop
Add the hosted Daylog server from Connector settings; remote servers do not belong in claude_desktop_config.json.

Open Connectors
In Claude Desktop, open Settings and choose Connectors. Select Add custom connector. Do not add this remote server to claude_desktop_config.json; that file is for local servers.

Enter the server URL
Use Daylog as the name and paste the Streamable HTTP endpoint below.

Authenticate
Save the connector, choose Connect, and complete the browser sign-in and consent flow. Return to Claude Desktop when authorization finishes.

Select Daylog tools
Use Search and tools in the composer to enable Daylog. Review every write approval until you are comfortable with the actions being requested.
verify the connection
Ask Claude Desktop to list your open Daylog tasks for today. If tools are missing, refresh the connector in Settings.

Daylog tools can create, update, and delete your entries. Connect only from a client you trust, review write approvals, and revoke personal access tokens from the app when a device or configuration is no longer in use.
